New Hampshire, Jan 7 (THAINDIAN NEWS) School officials at a New Hampshire high school have indicated that they will no longer allow the distribution of safe sex kits in the school again.

A group has been distributing the materials to the school children. However the school authorities say that the content of the package that are distributed to the students are not proper so they will not allow the practice in the school again. The students were presented with a package that contained condoms, flavored lubricants and candy.

Officials of the school said when they initially allowed the package to be distributed to the school children they did not know the contents. However when the group, AIDS Services gave the package to about 70 students last month on the World AIDS Day, some parents of the students became upset and confronted the school officials.

They have now realized that they have a duty to ensure that no such things get to their students and so have taken the steps to stop the practice.

The organization that did the distribution of the condoms later told reporters that they do not know why some parents became upset about the gesture. They maintain that their action was solely to prevent unsafe sex.
