Winter Springs, Apr 13 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Nadia Bloom was found alive, 5 days after her disappearance in the woods on Friday. One of the members of the Metro Faith Church – James King found her in a swampy region near the Lake Jesup in Winter Springs. Her family was relived that the autistic Nadia Bloom was found alive, after she disappeared on Friday. Her father Jeff Bloom said, “Give the glory to God,” when he saw her daughter, after she was rescued.

When James King found Nadia then she was in a bad shape as she was hungry, dehydrated, tired and bitten by numerous mosquitoes. She was hooked onto an IV, and taken out of the woods by her rescuers on a hammock, as she was too tired physically to walk. She was also taken to the South Seminole Hospital for a thorough medical examination.

When the Church pastor Dan Holland was told that Nadia Bloom had been found alive then he said that, “Obviously, we are ecstatic. Unbelievable good news.”

The rescuers got a lead when Nadia’s sister said that she might have headed to the woods, as she was reading a book about science and nature. “A bicycle at the end of a cul-de-sac (was found) with one home off to the right-hand side and nothing but dense woods in front of you, on its kickstand, helmet taken off and placed on the handle bars, just like somebody got off the bike to take a walk or to go into a house or anything like that. That’s the scene that we have right now,” Brunelle had said in a news conference on Monday.
