Morristown, New York man arrested and charged for drunk driving
February 9th, 2010 - 1:55 am ICT by BNO News ( Leave a comment )HOPKINTON, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – A Morristown, New York resident was arrested on Saturday for driving while intoxicated, police officials said on Monday.
Jevon N. Cree, 26, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop. He was issued a traffic ticket for driving while having a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent. Additionally, he was ticketed for driving over the speed limit.
Cree was released with tickets to reappear before the Town of Hopkinton Court on a later date and time.
