According to the sources, a picture released over the net in which a mysterious creature is shown being beaten to death by a group of teenagers has triggered mass speculation over the net in recent times.

The weird features of the beast has drawn a wide range of speculations as many have compared the still-to-be-identified creature with that of the Montauk Monster, the still unidentified animal that was reportedly photographed on a New York beach in the year 2008. According to the sources, the beast was first spotted crawling out of a cave by four 14-16 year old teenagers who were busy playing in the town of Cerro Azul, north of Panama City. The teenagers, who were shocked to see the beast claimed that they had killed the beast for their safety, as the beast was reportedly moving towards them. Sources reveal that they attacked the beast with sticks before throwing the lifeless body of the unidentified creature in a pool of water. They returned back so as to click the photographs of the weird looking beast which is being speculated as the mysterious “Montauk Monster”. The pictures of the animal was later on posted on the internet, precisely the website of American country’s “Telemetro Television Station”.

As soon as the images surfaced on the website, netizens clogged in to derive their views on the monster through their blogs, write ups et.al. The picture which portrays the beast with a hooked claw drew speculations that the animal is a sloth that had somehow lost its hair. The issue has also been diversified as many says that the picture is that of a dead dog, a cheap marketing publicity etc, but the actual identification of the dead animal is yet to be known.
