michelle1 London, Jan 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The US First Lady Michelle Obama’s wax figure was unveiled at Madame Tussauds in London. Her wax figure was placed next to her husband’s wax statue in a recreation of the Oval Office. Her statue is dressed in a very stylish sleeveless purple dress with a black sweater. Like the First Lady, the statue is also graceful and the trademark bob cut of Michelle Obama is also in place.

The husband-wife duo will be together at the museum for some time, to celebrate the first anniversary of the President’s inauguration. All the people who want to visit the wax figure have time till mid-April to do so, as after that, the First Lady’s statue will be shifted to Bangkok.

Madame Tussaud’s is all set to open in Bangkok in the summer and the First Lady’s wax figure will make its debut there too. Spokeswoman Liz Edwards revealed on Tuesday that the statue of the charismatic US President Barack Obama is extremely popular. So the authorities of Madame Tussauds thought that it would be a good idea to have a figure of the First Lady as well, as they expect it to be a crowd puller.
