Another film on her named “Mermaid Girl: The Last Six Months” will be shown on TLC on Sunday night. Her death left everybody saddened though the doctors predicted long back that people born with such complex deformities can not live long. Shannon Martin, the Director of communications for TLC said in his statement that her death left a lasting impression on all members of TLC. There are only three known cases of sirenomelia in the whole world. The first show on mermaid girl was shown in 2007.

The initial show got a good response. It made people curious and they could not but praise the guts of the little girl who was full of liveliness despite her condition. She morphed from a girl with severe defect to a special girl. Her personality was so charming that the viewers wanted to see and know more about her after the first show. TLC staffs said that the parents of the girl are really nice and they co operated with them even when they knew that their daughter will not live long. The final show covering the fight of the family to keep the girl alive is a moving one.

I’m so sorry for the lost. I watched the show and it changed my life watching this little girl struggle just to stay alive. She was so full of life after everything she went through. My thoughts and prays go out to the parents. I was watching the show and decided to see how she was doing these days and googled it and found out she died two years ago and just started crying it really touched me. Thank u for sharing the precious moments of her life.
