Sacramento, California, Oct. 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Maria Shriver, the famous author and journalist, also the wife of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was found talking on mobile phone while driving the car. Maria Shriver has violated the law of the state as she had not used hands free while driving the car.

The governor of the state, Arnold Schwarzenegger has made it a rule that one should use hands free while driving a vehicle. After learning about this incident the governor had stated that he would take “swift action”.

Arnold Schwarzenegger had thanked TMZ.com for posting the image and video that showed Maria Shriver violating the law. In his statement to Harvey Levin, owner of TMZ.com, Schwarzenegger wrote, “Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There’s going to be swift action. Maria Shriver has not yet made any comments in this issue. Aaron McLear, the spokesperson for the governor said that the governor would ask Maria Shriver to stop using cell phone when she drives.

It is not the first time Maria Shriver was found holding cell phone in a car. Earlier two images of her was posted on the same website in which she was found holding cell phone while driving car. As stated by the sources, if the law enforcement finds someone using cell phone without hands free then the person would have to pay a minimum penalty of twenty dollars with additional fees for first ticket. In case more tickets are issued against the same person then he would have to pay fifty dollar and additional fees. However, Shriver would be charged 300 dollars penalty as in Brentwood, one pays 93 dollars for first ticket and 201 dollars for second ticket.
