Man who crushed police cars becomes Internet hero
August 13th, 2012 - 10:03 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattNew York, Aug 13 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The man who was alleged to have crushed the police cars with a tractor has become an internet attention. He destroyed six police car as a form of revenge.
The man who is called Roger Pion did this because of the anger of being arrested by the police due to being suspected of possessing marijuana. It was reported that the police noted the destruction after the man was through with the ruthless action and he was already on the road heading back home. The police could not hear any form of crushing sounds as they were working in their offices at the moment when the man was destroying the police cabs.
The residents are the ones who informed the police of what is going on and by the time they were coming out there was nothing much that they did because the man had already went. According to the claims of Chief Deputy Philip Brooks, the police had nothing to pursue the man with. The damage was estimated to be around $250,000.
Majority of people who heard about Pion case supported him and some even printed T-shirts online supporting the defense of Pion. Donations were set insisting of the defense of Pion. This case made Pion famous even if it’s ironic that he crushed the police cars.
