Man from Lima, NY arrested and charged for numerous vehicle thefts
February 6th, 2010 - 1:00 am ICT by BNO NewsLIVINGSTON, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – A man from Lima, New York was arrested after an investigation of numerous thefts from vehicles in the Village of Lima, Livingston County Sheriff John M. York said on Friday.
Jeramiah M. Denise, age 19, was charges with 1 count of Burglary in the third degree, 2 counts of Grand Larceny in the fourth degree, and 4 counts of Petit Larceny.
Brian Applin and Deputy William Cartwright conducted the investigation. After the charges, Denise was arraigned and remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
