Man arrested for marijuana possession in Binghamton, NY
February 10th, 2010 - 3:45 pm ICT by BNO News ( Leave a comment )BAKER, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – A Binghamton resident was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana, the New York State Police informed on Monday.
Dorian Hackett, 38, of Binghamton, N.Y., was arrested after a trooper stopped to assist his disabled vehicle on I-81. Mr. Hackett had a license that was previously suspended and revoked.
Further investigation revealed that he was in possession of two plastic bags of approximately one gram of marijuana each. He was issued to appear at the Town of Baker on March 2, 2010.
