Macy’s Fourth Of July Fireworks 2010 Lives Up To The Expectations

fireJuly 5, (THAINDIAN NEWS) By the Manhattan West Side as loud patriotic music like “Stars and Stripes Forever” and “The Battle Hymn of the Republic” played on, the famous Macy’s fourth of July fire work began at around 9:30 p.m. It lit up not only the Manhattan sky but also the spirit of United States as thousands of people gathered to celebrate the occasion by the side of the Hudson River.

The Macy’s firework has become one of the biggest events of the Independence Day since the beginning of the new century and for the last eight years its popularity has grown immensely. This year as many communities cut short their pyrotechnics due to financial crunches, Macy’s fireworks 2010 lived up to the expectation of the citizens. Like every year this year as well white, red blue and many other colors lined the sky over the Hudson River and each and every firework came up with some new innovations and unseen beauty.

The Macy’s fireworks were broadcast live on Television by the NBC channel. As millions remained glued to their television and celebrated the occasion at home many others came out to see the show live. Marcos Jimenez one of the thousands who came to the Manhattan West Side of said to a media source that although it looked amazing on television he cam up to the spot to see it live as he felt it would be “even better”.

Macy’s fourth of July Fireworks 2010 was no doubt a show stopper with Justin Bieber heading the show along with Enrique Iglesias, LeAnn Rimes and some stars from “Twilight Saga: Eclipse”. The show that was beamed out of the deck of the Norwegian Epic cruise liner had Nick Cannon as host.
