The London Metropolitan University has just had its visa to recruit and teach overseas students revoked.

Over 2,000 students might soon be deported from London. The university is no longer allowed to give visa authorizations for students to go there. The UK border agency says that the university has failed in a lot of ways as it does not meet all the things that it required to meet to be able to recruit and teach students from other countries. The agency says that this problem was discovered six months ago. This decision by the UK border agency is threatening the lives of a lot of people as well as putting the university in danger.

The students at the university have been told to find a place to study within a period of 60 days or they risk being deported from the country. Some universities have taken students from the London Metropolitan University but there are some that are saying that this might be a risky move since the move might affect all the universities that have international students.

The university and the government are working together to ensure that the country’s higher education sector is not put in jeopardy which might put the country’s economy at stake.
