Lockport, New York man arrested for drunk driving
February 7th, 2010 - 9:19 pm ICT by BNO NewsLOCKPORT, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) — A man of Lockport, New York was arrested and charged with drunk driving on early Sunday, police said.
New York State Police troopers observed a vehicle blocking the entrance to the Lockport building of the State Police on 2.26 a.m. local time. Officers found Ronald Thornton, 44, to be intoxicated and was driving with a suspended driver’s license. A breath test determined his blood alcohol content was .17%.
Thornton was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lockport Court on February 16 at 7 p.m.
