Lockerport, NY officers arrest a man after he attempted to strike someone with his vehicle
January 19th, 2010 - 1:53 am ICT by BNO NewsLOCKPORT, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – State police in Lockport, New York arrested a man Monday after he attempted to strike another person with his vehicle on Tuesday.
Troopers responded to a report in the Town of Somerset that on two occasions George J. Schaner, 21, attempted to strike the complainant with his vehicle and a snowmobile while on the road. The complainant was not struck or injured during the incidents and was able to identify Schaner as the operator of the vehicles.
Schaner was charged with two counts of Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd degree and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Somerset Court.
