The History Channel recreated and revisited the horrific details of the “Manson Family” crimes that had been been committed years ago, in 1969.

In the month of August of 1969, the Manson family group had terrorized the people of Los Angeles, when they had embarked on a murder spree, killing seven people, one of who actress Sharon Tate, who was pregnant at the time of her slaying.

The Manson family massacre came about to feature hugely in the news and the monstrosity of the Manson family members was something that make bone chilling crime stories till date. Charles Manson was the mastermind behind the gruesome murders and it was only the steeping forward to be a witness by one of the Manson family members, Linda Kasabian, that helped the authorities unravel the entire sordid mess.

This new documentary on the History Channel features a personal input by Linda Kasabian on the incident of the massacre, which is meant to shed a little more light on the brutal murders that had rocked the crime scene in America so long ago.

Linda had turned herself in when arrest warrants in her name had been issued and it was primarily based on her testimony account, that the murderers were brought to justice. Linda had maintained all through that she had been stationed outside for a lookout and the blood curdling cries of the victims had frightened her off the family’s endeavour. In light of the recent event of Manson “family member’ Susan Atkin being denied bail even though being terminally ill, this matter has been brought to light again and the documentary only re-establishes the horrors of so long ago.
