July 16, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Levi Johnston is engaged to his ex-girlfriend Bristol Palin and the news has shocked his mom Sherry Johnston. It is not the fact that he is getting married to Bristol Palin which makes his mother unhappy. On the contrary she would like to attend her son’s wedding. However, Sherry Johnston is sad that it was through the media that she got to know learn about her own son’s engagement.

Speaking to the media, the 43-year-old mother says that she was “devastated” on hearing this piece of information and stressed on the fact that she would not like to be left out of the wedding celebrations even if the other Palins and Johnstons were not invited to the occasion. Levi Johnston’s 18-year-old sister also echoed the thoughts of her mother but also added that she was not very optimistic about they being invited because of the extremely bad relationship that the two families share with each other. Even if Sherry Johnston and her daughter have put things in the past, without letting it disturb them, they are not sure that Levi Johnston has done the same too.

According to reports, the Johnston family was very upset that they had to learn about the engagement from the pages of a magazine. Sherry Johnston was so hurt that she could not stop the tears rolling down her cheeks. Mercede, Levi Johnston’s sister adds that the picture of the couple with their son was probably the most shocking picture that she ever set eyes upon that too so early in the morning. Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin share an 18-month-old baby named Tripp.
