London, Oct 31 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Levi Johnston is the father of Sarah Palin’s 10 month old grandson Tripp, has decided to go to the court alleging that the former US Vice President candidate is preventing him from meeting his son.

The 19-year-old Levi Johnson, who fathered son Tripp with Palin’s eldest daughter Bristol, said that the step has become “inevitable,” since the politician is putting strong restrictions, against his visits. Levi Johnson is a hockey player and is also going to pose nude in Playgirl soon.

“I’m up to the point where I can’t see my kid again. I’m done. I’m sure we’ll end up in court,” The Telegraph quoted Johnston as telling The Guardian.

He added: “We’re definitely going to court. They started letting me see him and everything was fine. But everything got bad again. So I said screw them. Bristol listens to her mom. Sarah says something, Bristol is going to follow.”

Johnston further claimed that the court had earlier permitted him to see his son once a week. However, he hasn’t been able to visit now for several weeks.

Meanwhile, Palin’s lawyer, Thomas Van Flein, has clarified that Johnston was “always welcome” to visit his son.
