Lawyer Steven Eggleston sues his employers for nude retreat

California, Oct 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A lawyer is suing his employers for harassment and treatment that made him lose commissions after he refused take part in what is called “New Warrior” retreat.

The retreat involves lawyers parading naked in the forest and holding their hands. The lawyer - Steven Eggleston however failed to attend the retreat and that caused him some harassment and major losses in commissions as well.

In his suit which was filed on August 31, Steven claim that the “New Warrior” retreat required stripping naked and holding the hands of other male nude lawyers while passing around a wooden dildo. The participants are also required to give lurid details about their sexual history, he claimed further in the lawsuit.

According to the ABC News, Steven is suing because his employers have docked his pay for failing to attend the retreat.

The suit however revealed that Steven failed to attend two of such events at the nude retreat and he feels harassed. He alleges 13 causes of action have been meted out against him, including retaliation, sexual harassment, fraudulent concealment and emotional distress.

The case has been dubbed the lawyer vs. lawyers.
