Nov 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) When Adam C Pearson, a noted food stylist from Los Angeles began to relax in his seat on board a Delta flight over the weekend, a flight attendant suddenly tapped him on the shoulder, and then asked him to follow them to the front of the plane. He said he thought perhaps he was going to get an upgrade, but he was very wrong.

Instead, he was then asked to get off of the plane, because another passenger had turned him in for suspicious behavior. They had noticed his tattoo, which stretches across the backs of his fingers, and reads, “Atom Bomb”. The captain and the flight attendant both proceeded to question Pearson, who told them that his tattoo was inspired by his childhood nickname. He was eventually allowed to get back on board the plane, after a few more questions.

But the frequent flyer who had flown over one hundred and forty two miles with the airline just in this year was mortified. “I was just shocked,” He said. “All eyes were on me, I felt everyone staring at me and I was like, ‘I didn’t do anything.’ ” He sent a Tweet just before takeoff expressing his frustration, “Just pulled off delta flight, passenger said I was suspicious looking due to my tattoos @DeltaAssist not happy at all #goldmedallion fail”

The LA Times reports that the Tweet took off. It was reTweeted by many of those who are in the LA close knit family of the food world where Pearson is famous for his artistic presentations of foods which prepares them to be photographed for magazines, cookbooks, and ads. Many of them found it hilarious that he could be considered a threat. He received a hundred and fifty emails asking him what had happened before he ever touched the ground, and the Tweet had gone viral.

“I had no idea all this was going on while I was in the air,” Pearson stated about the explosion on the Internet. “It speaks to the power of social media.”
