Kshitij Shrotri Accused Of Stabbing Georgia Tech Researcher

Georgia, Feb 5, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It appears that checking the criminal attempts in the school and college campuses is growing these days. Authorities have tried to adopt several steps to check the crime rate among the students but they have not received complete success in this case. A recent criminal attempt in the Georgia Tech University has shocked people once again. It has been reported that one of the former students of Georgia Tech, reportedly identified as Kshitij Shrotri had tried to stab one of the university researchers, in the university campus.
As per the reports, Kshitij Shrotri, who has graduated from the Georgia Tech University had entered the University campus with a sword and attacked the researcher. It has been reported that the 33 year old man, Kshitij Shrotri has completed his Ph.D in the field of aerospace science in the year 2008. His attack on a researcher has created a panic in the campus. The reports of this murder attempt has been extremely disappointing for the authorities. They could not provide any clue about what led to the situation. In an interview, the authorities reported that the victim was immediately transported to the Grady Hospital for treatment. Though the authorities declined to release the name of the victim, they said that he is now in a stable condition.
As per the latest update, Kshitij Shrotri, who has been accused in this case is imprisoned in the Fulton County Jail. It has also been reported that he has been booked under aggravated assault charges. Police officials have not yet reported the reason behind the criminal attempt.
