GottiJan 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The prosecutor of United states have brought an end to their case against the son of New York’s very famous gangster, John Gotti Jr. The US attorney, Preet Bharara said that given the present circumstances, “The Government has decided not to proceeded with the prosecution against John A. Gotti.” The prosecutors further claimed that an Order of nolle prosequi had been submitted by them to the court which has been approved by The district judge of United states.

This order has given John Gotti his victory in the case that ran for a long time but was futile in every which way. His father, John Gotti Sr, was called “Teflon Don”, a nickname that John Gotti Jr. has now inherited. The government has been wanting to put the gangster behind bars for a long time now but without any results. John Gotti Jr, himself says that he is involved with the Italian Mafia however, he has declined all charges of murder. The murder trial he was charged with was over last Dec itself because a proper verdict was not reached by the jury. The Teflon Don Jr. says that now he is no more part of the mob and has become reformed.

In the last five years, four trials have been held against the mobster in allegations of racketeering and murder. The man has been roaming free given to a $2 million bail. The original Don, John Gotti Sr. was famous for his suits too and was also called Dapper Don for the time he spent as the most notorious Don of the United States.
