Bakersfield, California, Sep 2, (THAINDIAN NEWS) A woman’s decomposing body was found inside a chimney three days after her death. The authorities have revealed that the woman, who is a doctor, might have died due to suffocation while stuck inside the chimney. She was reportedly trying to get into her boyfriend’s house through the chimney to confront him. The coroner’s office has ruled out the possibility of foul play and stated that the death was accidental.
The police have revealed that the 49-year-old doctor wanted to confront her boyfriend with whom she had a troubled relationship. The body was discovered by a house-sitter after she felt a foul smell coming from the chimney. Authorities had to put in a great effort to take out the body of the woman as it was stuck around two feet above the top of the interior fire place opening. The chimney was completely broken down to recover the body of the woman.
Her estranged lover commented that he was fed up of people commenting on the way she died. He said that she made a horrendously bad decision and she paid for it with her life. He also expressed earlier that he was too stunned to talk about the incident. The 58-year-old man had refused to see her when she had turned up at his door. To avoid confrontation, he left the house and decided to spend the night somewhere else while the woman tried to make her way through the chimney after climbing to the roof through the ladder.

would it not have been easier to take a rock and break a window to get in?

MURDER, THIS WOMAN WAS MURDERED–The police need to look into this. It is highly doubtful that this woman entered the chimney on her own will

Many people are ASSuming that she was a nuisance to him but maybe she had a legitimate gripe and was forcing a confrontation. If she was nice enough not to break his window or door to get in, and he new she was going on the roof, (if we believe his story) he should have waited to make sure she didn’t fall off the roof. If he knew she was going to try the chimney, then the more reason not to leave. Unless this was his “chance” be rid of her.. for good? She could have been coaxed by him to try the chimney, then left. There are many ways he could be at least partly responsible.
