Jet looses a piece of cargo, lands in parking lot in Miami
February 6th, 2010 - 1:19 am ICT by BNO News ( Leave a comment )MIAMI (BNO NEWS) — An Atlas Air flight arriving from South America lost a piece of cargo over Miami on Friday, according to TV reports.
The piece landed in a parking lot at the Miami International Mall after falling from the plane, a Boeing 747 arriving from Santiago, Chile. There were no reports of injuries.
Atlas Air is based in Purchase, New York.
