Jenny Sanford is now dating Georgia businessman Clay Boardman

South Carolina, Apr 16 (THAINDIAN NEWS) South Carolina’s former first lady didn’t waste much time, after her divorce living with the ‘single status’. She got divorced last month and now she is dating Georgia businessman Clay Boardman. This news was confirmed by Sanford’s assistant Meg Milne.
Last year South Carolina’s governor and Jenny’s husband Mark Sanford had admitted to adultery. He was having an affair with his Argentine mistress Maria Belen Chapur, whom he said that he loved dearly. Soon Jenny and Mark filed for divorce papers, and they were granted it in March 2010.
Jenny Sanford was introduced to Boardman by a mutual friend George Benson, when Boardman attended Jenny’s speech at the College of Charleston on the 17th of March. Apparently they had some chemistry between them, because they were soon dating, and also spending time on the beach. They have also gone out for some dinners in Charleston. The dating couple also spend some romantic time together, when they attended the Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta.
Clay Boardman also spoke about his relationship with Jenny and said that he and Sanford have “just known each other a few weeks” and are taking things slowly. But “I will say we are getting along quite well.”
