Natalee Holloway Aruba, Jan 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) After a jawbone washed ashore a beach in Aruba, the mystery surrounding the disappearance of Natalee Holloway has been rekindled.

Although ten people have been reported missing while they were holidaying in the Caribbean over the last 15 years, it seems the Aruba authorities have their hands full. They are yet to solve any of those mysteries. This has led some of the family members of the various victims to question the urgency of the Aruba authorities in solving those cases.

When Holloway went missing in May 2005, her parents are yet to identify her remains. Her disappearance was blamed on Joran van der Sloot who was the last person she was seen with.

Though Sloot was arrested and questioned several times by the FBI and the Aruba authorities, Sloot was eventually released. He then fled to Peru where he was arrested again for murdering a woman in the country.

The case is far from solved. Before Sloot was last released in the United States, he told reporters that Holloway was dead and demanded money from the FBI before showing where her body was.
