Jason Davis faces felony heroin charge
February 25th, 2011 - 12:47 am ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, Feb 24 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Following his arrest last month, Jason Davis has been charged with felony possession of drugs. He is due in court pretty soon.
Davis got busted on the 27th of January for heroin possession. When he was arrested last month, Davis was high on paraphernalia. The prosecutors have added a misdemeanor charge of being under the influence of the drug and possession to the charges.
According to the legal documents that were obtained by the press, the drug is a prescription medication for the simulation of the central nervous system. It is also classified as a pain killer in the documents.
If he is found guilty of all the charges, Davis could be jailed for up to three years.
Davis is the grandson of oil tycoon Marvin Davis. If that does not ring a bell then this would. He is the younger brother of Brandon Davis and with all the fame and money that is in his family, many people believe that may be punishment in this case may be bought.
At least if he manages to escape from the law, he could sure be on his way to Dr. Drew’s rehab.
