Illinois, Dec 8, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Law enforcement officials are frantically searching for an Illinois woman who mysteriously disappeared after her husband’s unfortunate car crash. The local media outlets reported that her husband, Dale Shannon was killed in the car crash on Sunday near the place Seneca, which is 80 miles away from the Christmas party they were attending. The law enforcement officials are of the opinion that Tanya Shannon survived the crash as after investigation they discovered the footprints in the area.

The search team has also found a show and they believe it belonged to the 40 old mother. LaSalle Sheriff Tom Templeton told the local journalists that the police saw footsteps which were coming from the driver’s side door and it vanished towards the road. The police also confirmed that it was one of those footprints which were found in the shoe. Moreover, Tom Templeton said that though the investigators did not find anything but they assume that Tanya Shannon, the mother of four children was seriously injured in the crash.

The law enforcement officials said that Dale Shannon was found dead at the driver’s seat and his back was completely broken owing to the accident. Tanya Shannon’s family members say that she was wearing a red off-shoulder party dress and a grey colored hooded jacket on that day. The police has not yet revealed anything about the cause of the accident but they assume that may be the couple’s car has spurned out and they lost control. Dale Shannon’s sister Donna Baker said that the whole incident is quite shocking and unexpected. However, she said that the family is still holding on to every hope they have. Donna Baker also said that she hopes that Tanya Shannon would safely return home.
