May 26, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): A man from Minnesota in America has been supplied the title of the ‘Tallest Living Male In The U.S’. The 27-year-old Igor Vovkovinskiy, who has been declared to be the tallest man, has the height of 7 feet and 8.33 inches.
