Human foot and hand mailed to Vancouver schools

Police officials are investigating the case and they are yet to ascertain whether these packages are linked to the case of the porn actor Luke Magnotta.
It may be recalled that porn actor Luke Magnotta has been arrested in the human foot and hands case in which he is the prime suspect.
“There is no indication any students or staff have been targeted at either school,” according to deputy chief Warren Lemcke. He made the disclousure in a press conference on Tuesday night.
“The main thing right now is determining … who belongs to those body parts. Once that question gets answered then it becomes much easier in terms of putting the pieces of the puzzle together,” according to Const. Lindsey Houghton.
The two schools which received the packages are False Creek Elementary School and St. George’s School. The school students and staff are shocked at the incident. School officials revealed that counsellors are present in the school to counsel students and staff who are tormented by the incident.
“We felt shutting down the school wouldn’t make the situation any better,” according to school board spokesman Kurt Heinrich.
