New York, May 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) In all probability, “Hooters” is destined to face the law after they asked Cassie Smith to undergo the Hooters girl weight probation program. Reportedly, the twenty year old waitress is not ready to let go off the matter so easily. Cassie Smith who happens to be a regular waitress at the Hooters was called by her manager in his office where she was called “fat”. Well it wasn’t so calm as it sounds. The manager also said that he can only keep her in the restaurant if she is able to shed off the extra flab from her body.

The Hooters Girl Weight Probation program was offered to the girl with a free membership to the gym. However, it is being said that the Hooters girl is perfectly in shape weighing 132 pounds at 5″8 and there was certainly no need for her to hit the gym. Cassey Smith told the media that Hooters have wrongly called her “Overweight”. As a matter of fact, Hooters had been the center of discussion in the recent times after the management fired two young girls because they felt that both of them had lost their charm and sex appeal. Hooters is one of the most sought after restaurant chains in the country which is famous for its big breasted waitresses.

Cassie Smith pointed out that it was her annual review and she had scored good in customer relations and management but when it came to her review of the uniform that the waitress wears at work the management marked her down. The waitress is determined to file a lawsuit against the Hooters as she feels that the allegations hurled at her are unlawful and rests on vague grounds.
