Drena George and Albert George, were no exception and had tried their luck several times in the Hoosier Lottery. However, luck favored the Daleville couple on the Thanksgiving Day and they hit a jackpot of 14 million dollars.

According to the reports, the couple who purchased lottery tickets had opted for the cash option and received a sum of $6.1 million to become a millionaire in this recession market. Reports also stated that the couple were informed about the lottery result on the Thanksgiving Day and it was like a dream come true for them as they had purchased tickets of this lottery for many times, without any fruitful result. Drena George told the media sources that when she told her husband about the news of winning the lottery, he was surprised and could not believe it at first. He was overwhelmed. Even then he missed his father who died and could not share their joy after winning the lottery. Albert George exclaimed why luck did not favor them few years back.

Drena and Albert George, who always purchased Hoosier lottery ticket on Thursday and Sunday, had purchased this lottery ticket from West Commerce Road’s Gas America. The news of George family’s winning more than six million dollars have made many people interested to invest money on lottery tickets now. However, the latest reports stated that no one could win the Hoosier jackpot this weekend. The next draw is scheduled on December 16, and people are hopeful to bag a sum of $3million on that draw.
