New York, April 13 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Two homeless men have filed a lawsuit against a company which paid them $50 to have their wives beat them. The stunt was filmed by the Internet video company, www.shefights.net.

The women had scanty clothes on as they beat the men. The men filed the suit in Florida on April Fool’s Day. The court has ordered the company to keep its website intact saying any deletion would affect the evidence needed in the case.

The lawyer of the homeless men said the company took advantage of the men mainly due to the fact that the men had no proper means of income. In an interview, Neil Chonin who is representing the two men questioned why society should allow such an attitude to go on without being punished.

In the lawsuit, the two men allege that the stunt violated their rights. A similar suit has been filed by a member of the National Coalition for the Homeless, G.W. Rolle. Rolle who was himself a homeless man at a point in his life said that he only got to know what is happening to the people after investigating physical injuries on the homeless men.

The two homeless men who filed the suit are Kyle Shaw and George Grayson.
