Milpitas, October 17, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The body of a dead man was found by two female employees of Great Mall on Friday. Police had started to investigate the case of shooting in the parking garage of Great Mall. Sources did not disclose the identity of the man who was shot at the parking garage of this mall. It was only stated that the man’s age was around twenties. This is the second homicide in Milpitas. Before this, a homicide was reported on 23rd September where a man was killed in daytime.

After the initial investigations, police stated that the man who was found from the garage had been shot multiple times. However, police officials did not disclose whether they have found the weapon used for murder. Though police investigations were going on but the mall remained open. Parking lot and the adjacent small lot was cordoned off by Police officials for investigations. Female employees of the mall who had found him at first were detained for investigation purpose. However, others were allowed to take their cars and leave.

The employees of the Great Mall considered the shooting of man in their mall as an extremely disturbing incident. An employee of the Great Mall, Rowena Blanchard stated, “it was definitely disturbing to see the whole thing and to think about if we would have just came out two minutes earlier, we would have seen the whole thing, the shooting everything.” Though the incident was really disturbing yet many people present in the mall did not have any idea of it.
