Golf Digest cover New York, Dec 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) This can be quite embarrassing for Golf Digest, because the latest issue of Golf Digest features the infamous ace golfer Tiger Woods on the cover with the recently crowned Nobel Peace Prize winner for 2009, US President Barack Obama. And to add to the irony are the words on the cover “10 Tips Obama Can Take from Tiger.”

According to a spokesperson for Golf Digest, “We’re a monthly magazine with monthly deadlines. The January issue went to press almost two weeks before Tiger’s accident.”

Obama just accepted the top peace prize in Oslo today, in which his efforts and endeavors to end wars and violence were lauded from all quarters. And Tiger Woods has been steadfastly in the news since Thanksgiving for his infamous single vehicle accident with his own SUV and a tree and a fire hydrant. And then his mistresses started popping up from all over the place, which range from cocktail waitresses to even porn stars.

But according to CNBC, ‘Golf Digest‘ has no plans to pull the issue. And surely they can’t be blamed too, because Tiger’s scandal is in full swing, and the US President Barack Obama has just accepted the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009.

Many people are very curious about the story about what the infamous Tiger Woods can actually teach the illustrious US President Barack Obama. One prospective reader of the issue, Morgan thought it was pretty funny, and plans to at least visit the bookstore to read the cover feature. He wants to see what the ‘Golf Digest’ editors think Obama can learn from Woods.
