Get ready for a hangover

Dec 30 (THAINDIAN NEWS) With the new year just around the corner and many celebrating at parties across the nation most will be waking up with the dreaded hangover. How do you get through the morning and through out the day with the relieve from a hangover? There are a few remedies that have tested to work, maybe one could help you cure your hangover.
First of before you start consuming alcoholic beverages drink plenty of water. Since alcohol dehydrates you will you need to to stay hydrated and water is best for that. Drink water in-between alcoholic beverages this will also help in consuming to much alcohol.
Make sure you eat a healthy meal with food containing potassium. Alcohol depletes your body of potassium.
If you like the fruity sweet drinks try to drink them in place of the harder liquor. Some experts agree that the sugar burns the alcohol faster.
While these remedies have shown to help it may not guarantee that you will be free from the dreaded hangover by over consuming alcohol. The best prevention is to avoid it completely.
