Gay Dating Super Bowl Ad Creates Controversy

Jan 29, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The mega event of American football, Super Bowl, which crowns the best NFL team of the United States will be played after few days. As the day for the Super Bowl is coming closer, the craze of football lovers is growing stronger. Noting the huge popularity of the Super Bowl, many organizations prefer to display their advertisements during this event and receive a better exposure. The commercials of Super Bowl has always formed a major attraction and this year also some of the advertisements have already started brewing a controversy. One of the controversial commercial is the gay dating ad that is still under consideration of the CBS officials. They have not yet decided whether to discard it or air it and so the fate of the advertisement is in jeopardy.
As per the reports, the gay dating advertisement that has become an issue of debate and discussion came from an online network named ManCrunch.com. The site claims to be a comfortable dating place for men and used the tag line, “where many many men come out to play” for their promotion. As Super Bowl is watched by a large number of people, they considered it would be an ideal way of increasing their members.
The reports indicate that the advertisement features two men who got engaged in love making after their hands brushed while taking chips from one bowl. It has been reported that the two men, who were watching some sports on television before being engaged in the make out session did not notice that the other person sitting with them was taken aback with their activity.
