Gay activists to hold their couple kissing day at Chick-fil-A restaurants

New York, Aug 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Gay rights activists are planning to hold a national same sex couple kissing day on Friday. The event will be held at the chick-fil-a restaurant chain.

The president of the chain recently said that he was against same sex marriages and this create a lot of frenzy in the media. Organizers of this event posted on Facebook that they wanted to show their appreciation to the chain for their “love and support.”

The event is supposed to feature same sex couples coming from all around and kiss each other as a sign of protest. The couples are supposed to take photos and upload videos and send them to media houses. On Wednesday, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee and other people came to the restaurant and bought food there showing their support for the chain.

They named the day ‘chick-fil-a appreciation day. The governor said that people should stop showing hatred for the chain COD Don Cathy. Huckabee also called for a show that would help give support to the restaurant and media houses such as CNN showed up. Fans of the chain of restaurants also took photos of themselves carrying food bags from the restaurant and posted them on Facebook.
