Gail Posner’s son fights for his share in her millions

Miami, Jun 22 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Gail Posner’s son is no doubt miffed with his mother, because she was manipulated into leaving millions for her staff and household help and her beloved dogs.
He is so angry because she has left $10 million to one of her bodyguards, whereas another was given just half of it, at $5 million. A housekeeper got $5 who used to care for her dogs. Apart from that, she has also left a $3 million trust fund and a multi-million Miami Beach mansion for her beloved dogs.
And her son – Bret Carr got just $1 million. He feels that she was manipulated by her staff and other employees to make such a will. So he is trying his best to overturn the will, so that the staff can be gotten rid of their millions. Bret also had a sister – Tina, but she had died in 1994, from a drug overdose. So Bret is the only surviving offspring of Gail Posner.
Bret Carr said on the Today show that, “They saw a frail woman who was vulnerable, who had a delusional ego; she thought she was a movie star. Slowly, they got into her world. And they saw, ‘OK, it’s working and it’s growing,’ and they completely took advantage.”
