Aug 1, (THAINDIAN NEWS) A 42-year-old lady named Angela Dodson Gray and her 45-year-old husband James Edward Gray have been arrested and charged by the Franklin County deputies in connection with manufacturing of controlled drug meth. The couple has been charged with a 1st degree attempted manufacturing of methamphetamine which is a controlled drug. The police have also charged James Edward Gray with charges of theft of property and attempted eluding from the law enforcement officials.

The Franklin County deputies detained Angela Dodson Gray on Tuesday this week while he was leaving a business establishment in Russellville. Chemicals needed for the production of meth were found in her possession and the lady reportedly confessed to the police that she manufactures meth at her apartment along with her husband James Edward Gray. Angela Dodson Gray not only confessed to the crime but also guided the police to her Hodges apartment where the production was used to be carried out. After reaching her apartment, Angela Dodson Gray told to the police that her husband had fled from the apartment with several ingredients and items in a stolen 2008 Honda four-wheeler.

However, the police continued with its search of the apartment of Angela Dodson Gray while the highway patrol was informed about the stolen car and the alleged criminal. The car along with the passenger was noticed at Highway 172 and the arrest was made after around 1/4 mile chase. The Franklin County deputies said to media sources that further investigation into the case will be carried out and anticipated that there are likely chances that some more yet unknown crimes committed by the two will come out.
