Family members of the kidnapped boys filed charges at the state authority’s office between 9:00 and 9:30 p.m. local time, saying men who introduced themselves as police officers arrived in four black SUVs and took the boys without reason.
The authorities immediately informed the family members that there had been no official order to detain anyone in that area, which made the hooded men unidentified.
Other family members in the same situation turned to local TV stations to seek help and make the kidnappings public.
