Houston, Mar 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The former First Lady Barbara Bush has been hospitalized. She is admitted in a Houston hospital, where doctors conducted numerous tests over the weekend. The family spokesperson Jean Becker confirmed that she was admitted in the hospital, but she didn’t reveal when she is expected back from the hospital. She added that till now Barbara Bush hasn’t been diagnosed with anything specific, and the doctors just conducted some routine tests on her. She also revealed that the Bush family is hoping that the former First Lady will come back home soon.

“He’s (George H.W. Bush) concerned, but has great faith in the doctors. That just gives you an indication that it’s not serious. This is definitely just in for tests,” according to Jean Becker, who is the chief of staff for the office of the former president George Bush.

It was reported that Barbara Bush wasn’t generally feeling well for about a week, so her husband George H.W. Bush took her to the Methodist Hospital on Saturday morning.
