CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA (BNO NEWS) – A Floyd, Iowa, convict was sentenced to 10 more years for a drug offense, prosecutors said on Wednesday.

Casey Frederiksen, 30, is currently serving a sentence of 168 months imprisonment for child pornography possession. Frederiksen’s new sentence of 120 months will run consecutively with his previous one.

Between 2004 and June 2005, Frediriksen admitted that on four separate occasions he gave plastic bags containing large quantities of pseudoephedrine pills to methamphetamine manufactures. He obtained the pills from K-Mart where he was employed at that time.

In the plea agreement, Frederiksen admitted that when he was interrogated regarding the pseudoephedrine scheme he lied while being under oath with officers investigating his step-daughter’s disappearance back in July 2005.

Mr. Frederiksen would also serve three years of supervised release after both of his sentences are completed.
