Arlington, Aug 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) There was another fall at the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington on Friday night when an unidentified man fell 21 feet. The man was making his exit from the stadium when the incident happened. Reports say he fell from the stairwell.

The incident happened after the game between the Rangers and Los Angeles Angels. The incident reportedly happened around 9:45pm local time. The man reportedly suffered serious injuries and he was given first aid emergency treatment before he was transported to the hospital. His current condition was not stated in the report.

Police Lt. Bobby Mason said early Sunday that, “It doesn’t appear that there’s any foul play that’s involved. There wasn’t any fighting or anything like that going on… At this point in time, hopefully it’s going to be better than what we thought when he left.”

This is the second time that such an incident has happened. Texas firefighter Shannon Stone died when he fell over a railing at the stadium. Stone was reportedly trying to catch a ball thrown by Rangers’ outfielder Josh Hamilton when he fell to his death.

The Rangers announced recently that they will make a statue of Stone at the stadium along with his son to honor his memory.
