Washington, Mar 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The weekly soap saga between the John Edwards camp and his mistress Rielle Hunter continues. Recently in an interview to GQ, Rielle Hunter had spoken her mind about John and Elizabeth’s marriage and had posed in some unflattering pictures as well. Now all the comments and the pictures are coming back to haunt her.

In her GQ interview Rielle had said that John Edwards and Elizabeth’s marriage was ‘toxic’, and they had broken up in reality, much before she made an appearance in John’s life. She also revealed that John was afraid of his wife and her fury, so he took the most stupid decisions sometimes. She even proclaimed that John still loves her, even though both of them are still not sure about their future together.

“I understood what photos were being taken. It was my mistake to pose for them given I had no photo control or approval. I also posed for many photos that I thought were more appropriate for the content of the interview. Obviously I really wish they had decided to use those. I stand by this interview and would give the exact same answers under oath, ” said Rielle Hunter in a statement about her tasteless GQ photos.

Meanwhile Elizabeth Edwards has also reacted in kind to Reille’s comments and photos. She said that the photos disgusted her. But she sprang back, and is now at peace with the whole situation, even though in the GQ interview Rielle had bad-mouthed her, no end. Elizabeth’s sister claimed that she is now happy and is at peace too. However this episode has inspired her to write another chapter in her forthcoming book on this saga, which is titled ‘Resilience’.
