Donut bacon hotdog set to debut at the NY State Fair
July 19th, 2012 - 7:58 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattNew York, July 19 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Hotdog in donut will become the new craze at the New York State Fair. The fair is noted for always bringing a new treat to the world. At the last year event, Big Kahuna Donut Burger became the sensation at the event.
At this year’s event, Big Kahuna Donut Dog is expected to become the latest sensation. The meal is made of a hotdog wrapped in bacon and placed in a maple donut. Though the hotdog in donut promises to be a sensation, it is certainly not the only treat that will be at the fair.
Noted for unveiling some incredible and creative dishes, the fair this year will not be that different in that regard. Organizers say deep fried mac and cheese will be among the dishes at this year’s event as well. Some of the other famous dishes to look out for include deep fried lasagna, deep fried peanut butter, deep fried fluff and banana sandwiches, deep fried brownies and deep fried jelly beans.
The state fair will start on the 23rd of August. The event will end on the 3rd of September. The organizers say the official website of the fair will display the dishes available and those who sell them.
