Baltimore, May 19 (THAINDIAN NEWS) DNA testing is going to be carried out, but not for murder case or paternity test. The test is going to be carried out to determine the culprit who has been pooping indiscriminately all over the Scarlet Place condominiums.

The owner of the dog is the target, and not the dog. And if the culprit is found, the owner of the dog is going to pay a fine of $500. The proposal though is waiting for approval from the Scarlett Place Condo board later this week. Steven Frans, who is also a board member, proposed the plan.

Residents say they have been made to endure the disgust of the doggy poo for a long time and called the proposal by Frans as the “reasonable and objective” way to find the culprit involved. The plan says that all the dogs in the building would be tested. The sample will then be sent to BioPet Vet Lab in Tennessee for testing. Each dog owner in the building will be required to pay $50 for the tests and supplies.

And after the testing, whosoever’s dog is the culprit would be required to pay a hefty fine of $500.
