Dispute leads to a NY woman DWI arrest
February 10th, 2010 - 3:40 pm ICT by BNO News ( Leave a comment )LIVERPOOL, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – A woman of Liverpool, New York was arrested for DWI Saturday, local police said.
Kathrine M. Janowski was a passenger in her own vehicle when she became involved in a physical altercation with her sister. The male driver pulled over, but Jankowski told him and her sister to exit the car.
She was later stopped at Exit 39 by the State Police after she had driven off with her 12 year old daughter. Consequently, she was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and DWI.
She was released on $1,000 bail but is to reappear in court Monday February 22.
