Detroit Terrorist Attack Is Suspected To Have Al Qaeda Link

Detroit, Michigan, Dec. 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The memories of the 9/11 terrorist attacks have been recalled once again as Abdul Mudallad, a suspected terrorist had made a blast attempt on Christmas Day. However, the man could not create a ruckus as passengers had noticed his activities and caught him at the right time. According to the reports, passengers found the man lighting an explosive device and forcefully stopped him from succeeding in his attempt. It has been reported that 278 passengers who were boarded on the airbus were safe and there was no loss for the terror attack.
The news of the alleged blast attempt in Detroit airport has created a panic and the latest reports related to the blast indicate that the attempted terror attack on Christmas Day could be a well triggered plan of Al Qaeda group. Though there are several speculations related to Al Qaeda’s involvement in this blast attempt, the group has not yet claimed their involvement in this terror attack. The Nigerian man who is suspected to have some kind of association with the infamous terrorist gang has also not accepted such charges.
Abdul Mudallad was suffering from severe leg burn when he was arrested by the law enforcement officials. According to the reports of the official sources, the suspected terrorist said that he was trying to mix some chemicals with powder tied to his leg when the passengers caught him. After initial investigations, White House has declared it as a terrorist attack. President Barack Obama, who is spending holidays in Hawaii ordered to take necessary actions for increasing the security levels of air travel.
