Delta Airline loses dog

paco Detroit, May 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The owners of Paco, who is a pet dog, are upset with the Delta Airlines, because their dog failed to arrive at the Detroit Metro Airport. Delta Airlines has acknowledged that they received the dog and have told the owners, that the dog had broken the cage in which it was kept and escaped. The owners are very upset and angry are questioning that how could a dog be lost in that manner. 



According to the owners, they found Paco on a beach in Mexico. They adopted the dog and decided to fly it home to the United States. The couple says they took the dog and put him in a crate for the journey.

Then at the Detroit Metro Airport, the couple asked for their dog and they were told it had been left in Mexico, and that the dog would be put in the next flight to Detroit. That never happened according to the couple. The couple said that Delta airlines told them the next day that the dog had actually broken the crate in which it was kept and had escaped. Delta airlines then offered the couple $700 compensation and apologized for the loss. The couple says they are still looking for answers. A statement released by Delta airlines says “Our staff has conducted searches to locate the dog that escaped from its kennel on May 3 in Mexico City.”
