Oct 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Dayna Kempson, a 23 year old had died in a car accident, when she lost control over her car and hit a row of trees just off Highway 19-41 near Griffin, Georgia. The incident took the shape of a controversy, when the first firefighter to have arrived on the scene, made a video of the accident which also included the footage of the body of Dayna Kempson. The firefighter then passed on the video to his friends via video messaging. Moreover, he reportedly showed the video in a bar and forwarded it to fellow firefighters. The voracious accident video of Dayna Kempson reportedly went viral.

The firefighter has been reportedly arrested with many people feeling outraged with the video incident, which ultimately made its way to the cell phone of Dayna Kempson’s parents. The incident is being described by some as an invasion of privacy apart from being plain disgusting. It was reportedly an unpleasant incident for Dayna Kempson’s parents to relive the bad experience by watching the video. As for the case of an invasion of privacy, the investigators are still looking in the issue. They are trying to determine if the firefighter has actually broken any law or not. The firefighter has not been arrested yet but merely suspended.

This is not the first time that an accident video or pictures have gone viral. The case of Dayna Kempson is being compared to that of Nikki Catsouras, an 18 year old who had taken the car of her parents without permission and had died in an accident. The accident was followed by the parents of Nikki Catsouras accusing the CHP of leaking death pictures of Nikki Catsouras online.
